The classic line I heard from neighborhood fathers whose kids or wives found thier hidden stacks of Playboys.
In contrast, my father just wrote me an email:
"Hi Matt - Just spent the better part of the afternoon reading your blog. Only kidding. It's pretty interesting and almost seems like it's reading your diary. I hope all goes well with the rest of your trip and your research is successful. My favorites in your blog are your comments on observations you make about places and people around town and the stuff you happen to notice and then photograph. Love you, Dad."
There seems to be a subtext there, don't you think?
